Appraisal and Listing

The GemlabW4 Team offer an exclusive service to individuals who are interested in selling their high-quality Diamonds. As part of one of London’s leading jewellery retail groups, The GemlabW4 is able to support customers through the confusing process of selling diamonds privately.

For a modest fee customers wishing to sell their items will receive the following:

• A written appraisal of the item from our Gemlab team with recommended retail price and independent evaluation of item
• 4 high quality photos of the item
• 1 HD video
• Featured listing on the Diamondo.co.uk website *

This service requires the item to be delivered to our Gemlab in Chiswick, West London. We will send out a secure return package to your address which will arrive in 3-4 days. You can then securely post this back to us. If you prefer you can deliver the item to us in person and in some circumstances we can arrange collection.

*  A commission fee of 25% applies to any sale through the website however your listing fee will be refunded from your commission.

You will need to purchase an appraisal package for each item of jewellery or loose stone you want to advertise. Your appraisal document will be prepared within a maximum period of 21 days after purchase and your item will be listed on the website for a minimum period of 3 months.
